Guarantee
All Reptiles are bred on site unless otherwise specified.
They are guaranteed healthy and feeding upon shipment. You must open your shipment immediately to insure against theft or accidental death. If this occurs, we will replace the animal. You must alert us immediately upon arrival of shipment, if a problem exists.
Payments
We accept paypal, money orders or cashiers checks.
Orders will be shipped upon receipt when using these forms of payment, weather permitting. Personal checks are accepted, but orders will not be shipped until after funds have cleared the bank when this form of payment is used. Shippings costs will be included and due at the time of payment.
Deposits
In order to reserve reptiles, a 25% deposit will be
collected at the time of egg laying. Contact us to be placed on a list for reptiles requested. Persons on the list will be contacted in the order they have been received. Deposit orders have priority over non-deposit orders. Payments and deposits are non-refundable, unless we are unable to fill your order. |
